I started training with Lina 2 years ago. Although, I felt like I was in good shape when I started, I kept complaining about those stubborn 5 pounds that just wouldn’t come off. With Lina’s nutritional counseling and personal training, not only did I loose those last few pounds but my body is in the best shape it has ever been in.
I just turned 50 and I’m stronger and feel better than I did when I was 20. I also struggled with a lower back injury and she assisted me a great deal with my recovery. We still focus on strengthening my core to give my back continual support.
