I am so thankful that I discovered the benefits of Yoga therapy.  Lina was an amazing teacher and mentor throughout my healing process. Through yoga therapy she helped me strengthen my knee, which I injured over 6 years ago but was still having problems with it. She also helped me cope with my anxiety. She made me feel like I was her only ‘patient’ and really helped me through getting over some of my fears.

I still keep up with most of the exercise that Lina has taught me and my anxiety is not running my life like it was before. Lina has taught me a lot for my mind, body and soul. It was an amazing experience and I continue to take her classes and keep in contact with her as much as I can.
