As soon as I became pregnant with my first child, I started practicing pre-natal yoga with Lina. It helped soothe the aches and pains of pregnancy and made my day to day more manageable. I also feel that it helped keep my pregnancy weight under control since practicing yoga reminded me to take better care of myself during this time. She was also great at adapting the yoga sessions to my different stages of pregnancy.
I started working with Lina again once I decided I was ready for another child. This time we did a combination of yoga, strength training and cardio to get my body strong and ready for another pregnancy. In a short time, with Lina’s help, I felt like I was in the best shape I had ever been.
I just had my second child 2 months ago, and Lina is helping me recover from my pregnancy. We are gently easing my body back into shape. Lina caters my workouts based on how I feel each time we meet. She always makes the sessions interesting and fun so that I am never bored. I have been exercising regularly since I was a teenager, and I have seen more results and feel more peaceful with my body when I work with Lina.
