training-3You don’t have to be a die-hard fitness enthusiast to benefit from personal training. If you’re a beginner, it is vital to understand proper form and technique, while receiving immediate feedback, so that you don’t develop bad habits or waste time doing inappropriate exercises. If you are not new to exercise, personal training can take your workouts to the next level so they are always innovative and challenging. As a trainer it is important to keep each client motivated and feeling confident about his or her program.

Working out is truly a personal experience because it is different for everyone. I will work within your limits while encouraging you to reach your full fitness potential. If you have a specific physical challenge, I can design a program that is safe while still getting the results you want. Sessions are typically done on a one-on-one basis, but 2 or 3 people can join for small group sessions. My personalized training programs can include all the essential components of a strong, balanced mind and body using nutrition, cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, flexibility and most of all, mindfulness.
