			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Over the course of my studies, I started to realize how much health and fitness information is out there.  I thought, how confusing all of this information must be to anyone trying to adapt a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  There’s so much conflicting information, which can be overwhelming and even discouraging.  I believe that we all have good intentions of taking care of ourselves, but it’s easy to get distracted.  It’s also possible to feel like your physical limitations leave you no choice but to accept your current health situation.</p>
<p>My heart has guided me to put together a profile of eastern and western approaches to our modern health concerns.  Stress, seems to be the most significant issue.  This is my personal yin and yang coming together to offer you the most sensible approach that fits your body, mind and spirit.   The principles of yoga make so much sense when taking care of yourself.  It has become the core of my existence.  However, my love for exercise always inspires me to keep moving and feel energized.  Keeping a balance between the two dynamics has challenged me quite a bit over the years.  I have learned from my own over trained body injuries, to the calm strength I get from yoga, how to manage them so they are both affective and not-counter productive.  I believe there is something for everyone out there, even for those with physical limitations.  Remember, when given half a chance, your body will heal itself, and when you surrender, your mind will follow.</p>
<p>There’s never been a better time to pay attention to your personal health.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As soon as I became pregnant with my first child, I started practicing pre-natal yoga with Lina.  It helped soothe the aches and pains of pregnancy and made my day to day more manageable.  I also feel that it helped keep my pregnancy weight under control since practicing yoga reminded me to take better care of myself during this time.  She was also great at adapting the yoga sessions to my different stages of pregnancy.<span id="more-181"></span></p>
<p>I started working with Lina again once I decided I was ready for another child.  This time we did a combination of yoga, strength training and cardio to get my body strong and ready for another pregnancy.  In a short time, with Lina&#8217;s help, I felt like I was in the best shape I had ever been.</p>
<p>I just had my second child 2 months ago, and Lina is helping me recover from my pregnancy.  We are gently easing my body back into shape.  Lina caters my workouts based on how I feel each time we meet. She always makes the sessions interesting and fun so that I am never bored.  I have been exercising regularly since I was a teenager, and I have seen more results and feel more peaceful with my body when I work with Lina.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>They say when one door closes, another opens… The closing of Spa 2 in Paramus of spring of 2006, brought Lina to Body Designs Fitness Center, where I am a member. I absolutely love her class, and wish she taught there every day! <span id="more-169"></span></p>
<p>Her unique style of <span style="border-bottom: 1px dashed #0066cc;">yoga</span> meshes traditional poses with stretching and strength building excercises, and some of the flows involve light cardio, as our <span style="border-bottom: medium none; background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;">heart rates</span> get going with our moving bodies.</p>
<p>She is attentive to particular needs of classmembers, and tailors the moves in each session based on how we feel each week. Each class is different from the next, so I never get bored. Lina chooses music fitting each class and what we do that particular day. She has helped me take my yoga practice to a new level.</p>

<p>I just turned 50 and I’m stronger and feel better than I did when I was 20.  I also struggled with a lower back injury and she assisted me a great deal with my recovery.  We still focus on strengthening my core to give my back continual support.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am so thankful that I discovered the benefits of Yoga therapy.  Lina was an amazing teacher and mentor throughout my healing process. Through yoga therapy she helped me strengthen my knee, which I injured over 6 years ago but was still having problems with it. She also helped me cope with my anxiety. She made me feel like I was her only ‘patient’ and really helped me through getting over some of my fears.<span id="more-42"></span></p>
<p>I still keep up with most of the exercise that Lina has taught me and my anxiety is not running my life like it was before. Lina has taught me a lot for my mind, body and soul. It was an amazing experience and I continue to take her classes and keep in contact with her as much as I can.</p>
